Is it possible that taking a class can help? I am sitting with my wife, Cathy, who is afraid to fly, and 120 people in a hotel near a busy airport. Dr. Brian Kelly and 15 other experts are taking us through a one-day fear-of-flying class. これの内容の最初の方は分かったんですけど 下半分からよくわかんなくなったので簡単にどうゆう話になったのか教えてください。
