Today, the Statue of Liberty is a very popular place to visit
Over 4 million people visit it each year. You can get to Liberty
Island by ferry across New York Harbor. On the island, there is a
new museum about the statue. You can learn a lot about it there.
If you have a special ticket, you can go inside "Lady Liberty" and
climb up the stairs to the crown. To get to the crown is not easy.
There are 377 steps to climb! When you reach the top, there are
25 windows to show you beautiful views of New York City.
