I agree that many buildings and publish areas have a lot of lights for decoration is a good ideas. I have two reasons. First, a lot of lights can keep safety. It is dark at night, so if there aren't lights, we usually feel scared when we come back to house. We don't feel scared because of decoration lights. Second, lights for decoration, such as the lights used during Christmas are very beautiful. I'm usually happy during Christmas season. Therefore, I think it is good to decorate many buildings and public area with a lot of lights.
