簡単に説明すると
The present real conditional〜
現在起こっていること、起こり得ることについて言うときはif節も主節も現在形を使いましょう。
※ifを使ってるからといって仮定法とは限らないよってこと。直接法といいます。

The future real conditional〜
将来起こること、起こり得ることついて言うときは、if節は現在形、主節はwill+原形を使いましょう。

we can also use〜
whenやafter等、時を表す節では未来のことでも現在形を使いましょう。

Participial adjectives〜
分詞形容詞と言って、動詞をingやedを付けた形にすることで形容詞のように名詞や代名詞を修飾する使い方ができますよ。(ingやedじゃなく不規則に変化するものもある)

Generally〜
下の様な感情を表す動詞を分詞形容詞として使う場合、感情を引き起こす原因になった名詞を説明するときはing形を、引き起こされた名詞を説明するときはed形を使いますよ。
