この2つの文どちらとも名詞のあとにbe+過去分詞がくるのはどういう意味(働き)ですか？分詞ですか？
例えば(1)ならthe meeting be postponed の部分です。

と [に…を提案する」 は suggest to人入+that …》 とする。 選択肢に should がないので.
that 節内は仮定法現在を用い the meeting be postponed .…… とする。
