訳:
私は学校に今より遅く行くべきではないと思います。早く起きることは健康にいいからです。また、朝は夜よりよく集中できるからです。私たちは放課後長い時間遊ぶこともできます。
だから、私は学校に早く行って早くかえりたいです。

2行目
~ good for health. → ~ good for our health.

And morning can concentrate ~
→ I can concentrate better in the morning than in the evening.
*「集中できる」の主語は morning (朝)ではなく、「私」(あるいは人全般においてなら私達)。朝が人間のように集中するのではない。私あるいは私達人間が「朝に」集中できる、という意味の文にする。

3行目
Also we can play ~.
→ Also we can have enough time to play after school if we start school early.

4行目
So, I want to go school ~.
→ Therefore, I prefer my school to start early and want to come home early.
* 会話ではSo使うこともありますが、文章に書く時は、Therefore, / Hence, / For these reasons, を使う方が良いです。
* I want to go to school early ~. とも書けますが、元の問いが、
The school day should begin later than it dose now.
と、比較級の文なのでそれを汲んで、「~よりも好む」という意味の動詞 prefer を使った文にしてみました。参考になれば。
*「早く帰宅する」をreturnで表現するなら、どこへ戻るかをはっきりするために、return to home early としても良いです。
また、~ want to come home early. の部分を「下校」という意味の dismiss を使って、
~ want to be dismissed early. と書くともっと流暢な言い方になります。
