けれどもIt is～は強調構文としても読み取れてしまい、『家族』の強調に読まれてしまうかもしれません。。

My family has four members; my mother, father, my younger brother and me.

が一番しっくりくるかな～?!

もうちょっとかたい言い方だけど、

My family consists of my parents, younger brother and I.

こちらの方が学校で習う文法の形かな？と思います
