解答
I think school lunches are good for students.I have two reasons. First, students don't need to carry a lunchbox from house. Thier bag will be heavy.
Second, they can eat a lot. It is important for young people to eat.
For these reasons, I believe school lunches are good.

1番目の理由が、学生が家から弁当箱を持ってこなくて良い。からの、彼らのバックが重くなる、文脈が少しおかしいのでこの部分を
this is helpful for students who carry heavy bags.(これはカバンが重い学生にとっては助かります)
などにすると良くなります。
それ以外は型通りにちゃんとできてますよ👌
