2つありますがどちらかのみでも大丈夫です。

①Do you think children should learn a foreign language?

Yes, I think so. I have two reasons.
First, when children talk with foreigners, the ability to speak foreign language helps both understand each other. They can learn foreign culture, too.
Second, when they are asked the way by foreigners, they can tell them how to go if they learn it.
Therefore, I think children should learn a foreign language.

②Do you think more people should use electric cars?

Yes, I think so. I have two reasons.
First, electric cars are good for the environment. They run without releasing bad chemicals. Second, we can store the energy to run at home. We do not have to go to the gas station.
For these reasons, I think that more people should use electric cars.
