これ問題が漠然としてて何を答えればいいかわかりにくいですね。

とりあえず問題は「スタッフはメグに何を説明しているか」です。

個人的には 問題に"On what topic" とかがないので、ただユニバーサルデザインについて説明した、とか、ビンのフタについて話している、とかだと不十分かなと。全体の内容をまとめた方がいいかもしれません。

自分の解答としては

The staff explains that the bumps on the jar lid make it easier to open, and the jar also has braille for blind people, making it an example of universal design.

とかでしょうか。

ちなみに brille は 点字です。Universal の前が an ではなく a なのは、発音がしにくいからです（a と an の違いは実はそういうとこです）。"an un-" って言いにくいですよね。

ただどこまで言うべきかの採点基準があるでしょうから、求められている答えを先生に確認してもらってくださいー
