速読英単語の使い方について聞きたいのですが、
精読をしてからシャドーイングをしようと思っているのですが、精読をする際、写真のようにSVOC、節などを細かく振り分けて行っているのですが、
精読は紙に書かず頭の中で「この文は〜だな」と理解できれば良いのですか？それとも、今まで通り、紙に書いてじっくりと正確に行ったほうが良いのですか？

また、その他アドバイスがあればお願いします。

いろいろなやり方があると思いますが書かずとも構文を理解できるならば特に書く必要はないかと思います。書かない方が時間の短縮にもつながると思いますし。書いた方がわかりやすいので慣れるまでは書いて把握していくというイメージで私はいます。
