って言う問題だと思うんですけど、選択肢の意味がよく分からないです。

empty set は空集合ですね。6の倍数で2の倍数でも3の倍数でもないのは何？ということであれば、そんな数は存在しないので何も存在しない空集合が正答になりますm(_ _)m

おそらく差集合のことだと思います。日本での表記が異なるので間違ってる可能性がありますが、、、
