意味は同じです。和訳の細かい言葉尻の違いを挙げれば、下のように訳せます。

気になることが一点あります。
「その2冊の本の~」なので、どちらの文もtwo books の前にthe が必要です。

Neither of the two books are interesting to me.
その2冊の本のいずれも私には面白くない

Both of the two books are not interesting to me.
その2冊の本の両方とも私には面白くない
