多分なんですけど、6の②は、接続詞thatが付いているのでダメなんだと思います。
接続詞が明示的に付けられている以上、強制的にSVを続ける必要があります。
文や節を接続詞で終わらせることはできないと思います。

It seems that SV のthat は省略できます。
It seems SV. It seems to me SV.
この形になると、it seemsは文中や文末に置くことができます。
It seems he likes her.
He, it seems, likes her.
He likes her, it seems.
He, it seems to me, likes her.
He likes her, it seems to me.

自然な英文ではないかもですが、文法上、理論的には
可能だと思います。

②は、もしthatが付いていなければ正解で、
①もit seemed to me that だったら不正解になると思います。

7は、
supposeは色々な日本語が当てはまりますが、
この場合は、単純に「～だと思う」、「～と考える」でいいと思います。

①の場合は、単純にsupposeという他動詞を否定する現在形になっているので意味は、「私は（普段から、日常的に）supposeしません」となるので解答としては不適切だと思います。
