労働時間を数えるのは難しい、合ってますよ。
日本の法律(労働基準法)で残業時間の規定があるのですが、1日8時間を超えると25パーセント割増で賃金を払わないといけません。
副業をした場合、例えば朝8時から13時までスーパーで5時間働いて、18時から22時まで4時間居酒屋で働くとすると、副業の居酒屋で残業時間扱いを1時間しないといけなくなります。
そうすると、居酒屋さんはこの人に1時間だけ給料を25パーセントアップでしはらわなければならなくなり、他のバイトさんと給料額が違ってしまいます。
さらに、毎日スーパーで何時間働いたかチェックしないといけなくなり、時給計算がとっても大変です。
