所有格についての質問です。
The distinctive mutations that fuel a person's cancer may result in its undoing.
この its は a person's cancer を指していると思うのですが、its undoing のところがわかりません。undoは他動詞なので、目的格が所有格になるパターンと解釈していいのでしょうか。
