Do you think fast-food restaurants are a good thing for people?

No, I do not think so.
I have two reasons.
First, fast-food is not almost healthy. Having it too much is bad for people's health.
Second, people who can make dishes themselves may decrease because Japan has various fast-food restaurants and it's convenient.
Therefore, I dont think fast-food restaurants are a good thing for people.

Therefore, I don’t think fast-food restaurants are a good thing for people.

なるべく言い回しを変えないように直しています。
二つ目の理由のところをbecause ofにした理由は、because のみだとさもファストフード店があることが直接的に料理が出来る人の数を減らしていると言っているように感じてしまい、because ~(~だから)ではなくbecause of~ (~な事によって)としました。ただ、英検準2級であれば気にしなくてもいいかもしれません。
