なので，First, Japanese culture may disappear.のようにシンプルでいいと思います。二つ目のDAですが，「日本への移住者が増える」だけではそれがいいのか悪いのか微妙です。二つ目の部分で，いちばん大事なのは「日本人の雇用機会が減る可能性」だと私は読み取ったので，それを書くとよいかと。Second, the opportunities for the Japanese(Japanese people) to be employed might(can) decrease.など。
【第2に，日本人の雇用機会が減る→英語を公用語にすることによって，より多くの外国人が日本に移住する可能性がある→移民が増えるということは，日本人の就職が難しくなるかもしれないのだ】的な流れだとすっきりしますかね。
※あとwillだとちょっと強いので，なんというかすっごく過激なナショナリストの英作文に見えます。can / could / may / mightなど可能性の弱い助動詞を使うと，さらに良くなります。
※「Aの増加」はan increase in Aと表現できます。覚えておくと便利かも。An increase in the number of people who ～みたいに。
