aboveに乗り越えるという意味はありますか？ →　「乗り越える」はありませんが、「…を超えて」はあります。
それを基にして、和訳する時に「全ての困難を超えて」→ 「全ての困難を乗り越えて」にするのは、全く問題ないと思います。
