It's important for me to dereloping sommnication on skills .

And it's necessary for me study math.

Because I have to be strong with data and number.

In the future I want to be a cosmetic planner and make people smile.

And it's necessary for me study math.
Because I have to be strong with data and number.
→ It's necessary for me to study math because I have to be ~.
study の前に to を置いて不定詞にします。
because は接続詞なので、2つの文を繋げるために使います。
numbers と複数形にします。(ちなみに、data という単語はdatumという単語の複数形です。詳しくは辞書で引いてみて下さい。)

In the future I want to be a cosmetic planner and make people smile.
→ In the future, I want to be a cosmetic planner to make people smile.
文頭の In the futureの後にコンマを置く。
and ではなく to make ~ の不定詞にして「人を笑顔にするコスメプランナーになりたい」とします。

文頭の And はつけません。
and は接続詞なので、本来は「語と語」、「句と句」、「節と節」などをつなぐ時に使うのが基本です。and を文頭に使う場合、物事を時系列に表す意味と、付け加える意味がありますが、文頭に置くと稚拙な文章に聞こえるので、文頭につけて使うことは控えたほうが良いです。

あと、気付いた点ですが、
to dereloping → to develop
to ~ing ではなく、to + 動詞原形 の不定詞にします。

It's ~が続くのを避けるなら、
It's necessary for me to study math because~
→ Studying math is necessary for me because ~
と書き換えることもできます。
