I don’t think that 〜省略.I have two reasons.One of reasons,hospitals opening weekends leads to doctors and nurses over working.For example,my mother is nurse and she is always so tired after finish working.I often say to her “Are you ok?”,and then she said “I’m ok”.However,I don’t think she is ok.Another reason is that there are not enough staffs to work weekends.Foe these reasons,I’m sure it’s impossible for hospitals to open not only weekdays but also weekends.

よく使える表現

A lead to B AはBにつながる。
ex)Big companies changing the working program positively leads to effect on small companies being hesitate to change working practices.

大企業が、労働プログラムを率先して変えていくことは、労働慣習を変えるのを躊躇っている中小企業に影響を与えることに繋がります。

これを使えば、日本語で書いた理由を割とそのまま英作文にすることができ、かつ高得点狙えます！
