Yes, I do. If we use the internet how to cook, we can watch some videos how to cook. So, it is good way using the internet. Second, when we want to research how to cook, we will use the internet. Using the internet is quicker than using some books how to cook.

useの後ろに名詞・名詞節が続いていたので不定詞に
2.it is good way using the internet.→it is a good way to use the internet.もしくはthat is a good way of using the internet.
itを形式主語にするならto useで「インターネットを使うのはいい方法です。」
いくつかのビデオを見ることがいい方法だと思うなら代名詞itは使えないのでthatにします。また、名詞wayの後ろにusing the internetだと繋がりが不明だったのでofをおいて、（いくつかのビデオをみることは）インターネットの使い方のいい方法です。という意味にしました。
3.we will use the internet.→using the internet is the easiest way.
Secondの理由として、「インターネットを使うだろう」では少し根拠として弱いと思います。「ネットを使うのが一番簡単だ」
もし表現の重複が気になるのであればwe will use the internet at first.と「はじめに」を付け足してもいいと思います。
