模範解答を見たのですが、自分では採点の基準がいまいち良く分からないので、どなたか採点のポイントなど教えていただけると助かります。

また、私が書いた回答の間違っている部分なども指摘していただけると大変ありがたいです。

最近の傾向として, 日本人は野菜だけでなく魚の摂取量も減っていると言わ
れている。 しかし、栄養バランスのとれた食生活を送るには, 一日30品目程
度の食品を食べ続けなければならない。

大学入試の英訳問題は、日本文の単語を一つずつ英語に変えるのでありません。
文意をくみ取って、語彙や文法に間違いのない英文にすることが求められます。
即ち、根底にあるのは日本語の「国語力」です。
従って、日本文の大意を理解し、出来るだけ簡潔で易しい日本語の表現に変え、そこから間違いの(少)ない英語にする練習が必要です。
100%ではなく80%以上の得点を目指して、制限時間内に仕上げる練習をしてはどうでしょうか？
以下の訳例は、あくまでも一例ですが、参考になれば幸いです。
