写真の問題の答えが
「It dives into water without a splash.」で、
私の回答が「It without a splash.」です。
英語は重複を避けると聞き、省略したのですが問題文との重複は良いのでしょうか……？？何が良くて何が悪いかよくわからないので、見分け方等教えていただけると助かります。

例文をいくつか出しましょう。

①Do you know him?
→Yes, I do./No, I don't.

②What is her favorite movie?
→It is “Harry Potter”./“Harry Potter”.
（左の答え方が丁寧。テストでは左で書こう。）

③How did Tom and Misaki go to the city?
→They went there by train./By train.

④Which bus goes to the station?
→The next bus[one] does.

①Yes, I know him.をYes, I do.に省略している。（混乱しそうならこれは気にしなくて良いです！！）

②Her favorite movie is “Harry Potter”.のHer favorite movieをItに変えている。

③Tom and MisakiをTheyに、to the cityをthereに変えている。wentはdidには変えない。didだと意味が通らなくなるし、このwentは答えるために必要な部分。

④The next bus goes to the station.をThe next bus does.に省略している。聞きたい答えはThe next busの部分だけなので、動詞はdoesだけでOK。

こんな感じです。
写真の疑問文は②③と同じパターンです。
A kingfisher drives into water without a splash.
→It drives into water without a splash.
となります。
It without a splash.は動詞がないので成立してないと思います。
