内容はとてもいいと思います。
文法的に間違っている所がいくつかあるので、そこだけ指摘しますね。
1.First, large companies earn a lot of money.So people who work for there
書き言葉の場合文頭にSoは辞めた方が良いです。
カンマで区切ってa lot of money,so〜とするか、Therefore ,に置き換えるとOK
work for thereではなくてwork thereもしくはwork for the companiesにしましょう。thereは副詞なので基本的に前置詞の後ろには置かないです。(例外あり)
2.So if〜
1.の指摘と同じです。普通にIf〜,〜.で書いても意味は通じるので大丈夫です。
3. So, with reasons〜
文頭So×。In conclusion,(結論として〜)とかFinally,とかが適切かな。文字数稼ぎたいならFor these reasons,とかFor all of these reasons,もおすすめです。
