細かい所まで気にすると、they will be happyはbeよりbecomeの方がいいかも知れません。beは〜であるという状態を言います。becomeは〜になる、と〜な状態に変わることを言います。それを見たら、ハッピーになる。という時はbecomeの方がと思います。
they will like our town betterも、もっと好きになるだろう。と言いたかったと思います。ここも好きに変わるというニュアンスを入れるため、they will become to like〜にした方が良かったと思います。
他の方が言及されていたmustは、知ってて使っているかと思いますが〜に違いないという意味を持ちます。
彼らは写真を撮るに違いないという文になっていて英文としても文の流れとしてもなんら間違ってないと思います。なんならここはオシャレな表現です。
