(1) 現在完了とともに「〜した時」を表すwhenはつかえませんね！他にもjust now なんかもそうです。

現在完了は過去から続いてるものなので過去の初めのタイミングと(since〜)期間(for)しか使えません！過去から続いてるから今は使えないわけです。

(2)は大丈夫かと！！

(3)は惜しいですねー。
as soon asのときは副詞節なので
I get the books,I will send 〜.
ですね！

(4)は現在完了に直しましょう！

(5)は(3)と同じく by the time は副詞節なので以下は現在形ですね！
