英語の授業でスピーチをすることになったのですがどこか文法的に間違えているところはありますか？

My favorite dish is pasta. There are many different flavors of it. I like carbonara and
pepperoncino, but Especially I like spaghetti with meat source.
I like it because my mother often cooks it for me, and I like tomato.
When I went to high school cafeteria, I usually ate spaghetti with meat source.
The spaghetti there is very delicious. I want it to eat again.
It has lots of grains, protein, and vitamins. I can get nutrition from just one dish and feel full. One plate of pasta is enough to satisfy for me.
There are the reasons why I like pasta, especially spaghetti with meat source is the best.
