現在完了と過去形の大きな違いですね。

過去形は「今とは関係のない過去の話」を述べてることになるんです。現在完了は「現在に至る経緯」に注目させたいときに使うので、その点で大きく違いますね。

今回の文は、but it's ok nowと言ってるから、「今はもう直ってるよ」ということが言いたいとわかります。
