not only のとこで倒置されているのですがdidが出るってことは元の形はpromotedになる。でも元の文はなんで過去形promotedになっているのですか？？時制を一致させるという考えであってますか？？💦💦

時制の一致というか…promote+did⇒promotedってイメージ

I studied English last night.
これ疑問文にしたら
Did you study English last night?
で、didが前に来る代わりにstudiedがstudyで現在形に戻ってるでしょ
つまりdid+study⇒studied
そういうかんじ

本来はpromotedで1語で表すとこなんだけど、倒置しちゃったからdid と promoteに分離されて、did だけ前に飛ばされたって感じかなー
