未来進行形と現在進行形で未来を表すときの使い分け方が分からなくなってしまいました。
今やっているワークのそれぞれの説明文と例文です。これもふまえて説明いただけませんか🙇‍♀️

近い未来の予定を表す現在進行形と未来進行形は、互換性があります。
ただ一つ、「未来の特定の時」を表す表現がある場合は、〇未来進行形／✕現在進行形　であると覚えておけば良いと思います。
〇現在進行形：既に計画を立てたり、あるいは手配を済ませている未来の行動について話す時使うことができる。
例：
14. I'm seeing the doctor on Friday. 金曜日に医者に診てもらう予定です。
≒ I'll be seeing the doctor on Friday.
15. We're playing tomorrow. 私達は明日遊ぶつもりです。
≒ We'll be playing tomorrow.
〇未来進行形：[特定の時点]で進行中の未来の行動について話す時、計画や意図を表現する方法として使用できる。
