In order to reduce food waste, I think it is important to be conscious of it in your everyday actions, such as checking the ingredients you have at home before shopping and buying only what you need, and using the ingredients that you have left.

食品廃棄物を減らす取り組みは、二酸化炭素の排出を減らすのでとても良い取り組みだと思います。食品廃棄物を減らすためには、生活の中で意識することが大切だと思います。
