1.He founded that his classmates playing in the park and they spent high quality time in there ,so he admired them because he needed to go to violin lesson .
2,He was practicing violin. And he told his teacher that he couldn’t play the violin well. In turn, his teacher told him that he needed to practice more.
3,He was having a lot of homework to do because he had to stay up late. During the time, he remembered to the classmate to play in the park and he wanted to join it.
4,He and his parents and his school teacher was taking place conference about he.
Parents are surprised to hear that he is smart but he couldn’t make friends.

①まず「founded」は「創設した」となり、ここでは「find」の過去形の「found」が適切です。そして【find A doing】で「Aが～しているのを見つける」なのでthatは必要ありません。またtheyのあとのspentですが、過去進行形にする必要があること、また「～な時間を過ごす」は「have」がより自然です。そして「high quality」は「高品質」という表現のため、productsなど形のあるものに使われます。ここではgreatなどを用いて「having a great time」としましょう。次に「there」は副詞であり、前置詞のinなどは必要ありません。これは「海外で」を意味する「abroad」も同じなので、覚えておきましょう！そして理由を示すsoとbecauseは一文中に使わないことをおすすめします。なので「so he admired them」で文章を完結させましょう。また「ヴァイオリン教室に行かなければならなかった」という背景の場合「needed to」より「had to」の方が、ニュアンス上きれいです！
②「ヴァイオリンを弾く練習をしていた」の場合「He was practicing playing the violin.」となります！ そのあとの文章はきれいにまとまっています！
③まず、今の語順では文意が通りません。また「宿題があった」という意味のhaveは進行形にできないので「had a lot of homework」となります！“He had a lot of homework to do, so he had to stay up late.”という順番が適切です。そして「宿題をしている時に思い出した」ため、分詞構文を使って「Doing his homework, he remembered…」と繋げるときれいです。そして、時制ですが【クラスメイトが公園で遊んでいた】のは【彼がそれを思い出したとき】よりも 前のことですので、大過去を使う必要があります。ですので“He remembered that his classmates had been playing in the park and he had wanted to join it.”となります。
④一文中に「and」を2回以上使うことは可能ですが、表現としては拙く受け取られます。またそのあとのbe動詞が複数形になっていません。ここでは「There was a parent-teacher conference.」などと表現するといいかもしれません！また、両親が驚いたのは過去のことですので、be動詞はwereとなります。ですので、that以下も時制の一致が適応されます。
