(3)の①がdelayed or overbookedなのですが、過去分詞にする理由を教えてください。また仮定法など分類で言うと何にあたりますか？

①過去分詞にする理由
→ be delayed/overbooked は「受動態」の形をしていますが、現在では be delayed(形容詞)：遅れている、be overbooked(形容詞)：定員以上に予約されている　として、「熟語」的に使います。
②仮定法など分類で言うと何にあたりますか？　→　仮定法などの分類には該当しないと思いますが、上記の通りの熟語表現です。
