forがあるのでwhereは入りません。
forがなければ逆にwhichが不正解でwhereが正解です。

後ろの文章を組み立て直すと良いですよ

my sister works for the hospital
→the hospital which my sister works for
→the hospital where my sister works

違いをよく見てみると良いです

my aunt opened the bakery
→the bakery which my aunt opened
