สวัสดีค่ะ พอดีเราไปอ่านเปเปอร์จะเอามีสัมมนาแล้วสงสัยว่าเข้าใจถูกไหมน่ะค่ะ เกี่ยวกับการวิเคราะห์ XRD pattern น่ะค่ะ
ที่เราเข้าใจคือ (ยกตัวอย่างภาพ a. นะคะ)
1.RSNและWSN มีค่า2theta=22.17 (แกนx) ซึ่งบ่งบอกว่าเป็น Amorphous silica
2.RSN มีintensity(แกนy) สูงกว่า WSN แสดงว่า RSN มีโครงสร้างผลึก(บ่งบอกปริมาณผลึก?)มากกว่า WSN
3.ความสูงของพีค (บ่งบอกถึงความเป็นผลึก) พีคของ RSN สูงกว่า WSN แสดงว่า RSN มีความเป็นผลึกมากกว่า WSN แบบนี้ไหมคะ 🥹
