この棒線部を和訳しろという問いがあったのですが、よくわかりませんでした。
特に over whyのあたりがわかりません。
文構造を教えていただきたいです！

こういう文章でも、ただ読むだけなら前から後ろ、左から右にどんどん読めるのが理想ですね。

訳そうとすると、どうしても後ろの修飾語句から前の名詞に戻る順番で訳す必要がありますが。
