Q Do you think high school students should have part-time jobs?
A. I don't think high school students should have part-time jobs.
I have two reasons.
First, I think that if they have part-time jobs, they are
very busy.
Next, I think that if they are not poor, they don't have
to have part-time jobs.

1、they are very busyというよりthey will be too busy to make sure to have enough time to study. ただ忙しいを強調するより、忙しすぎて勉強の時間を確保できないと書いた方が合理的かと思います。
2、貧乏でなければバイトする必要がない、少し過激(?)な気がします。。because they are teenagers, if they don’t have enough money to buy something they want, they should ask adults for help instead of taking a part-time job. 「まだ未成年だから、お金が必要だったら大人にヘルプを求めた方が良い」という書き方の方が良いかもです。はるなさんが書いてた文法的には特に問題はないですが。
3、終わり方　In conclusion, my option is that high school students shouldn’t have part-time jobs.で問題ないと思います。
