エッセイを書く問題なのですが、内容は関係なく文法のミスを指摘していただきたいです。

In Greenhill school, problematic behavior among students is increasing. In 2009,there were 100 incidents,but by 2012 the number had reached 250. Of the incidents reported in 2012, the percentage of fights is the highest at 34%. The second highest is bullying at 31％, third is smoking at 22%, fourth is drug use at13%.
Mike parker, the principal at North Greenhill highschool suggest that teachers are given more knowledge about back ground problems and counselors are trained to be good listers.
Also, Sarah Case, the teacher in junior high school teacher proposed two solutions.
First, schools should reduce class size. because teachers can look more students carefully.
Second, teachers have to take better training in order to teach the students how danger illegal drugs are.
In my opinion,giving teachers better training would work the best.
teacher is the most close existence for the students. They are often affected by teacher's words. Consequently, teachers must have a right knowledge about dangerous behaviors.
