「誤りを直し、下線部全体を記述しなさい」
とあるので、(2) と (3) は間違いを正しく書き換えた後に下線部にある語句全部を解答欄に書きます。

2, fewをmany に変えて正解
as few as 20 だと「20しかない」
as many as 20 だと「20もの、20もある」

3, have started をstarted に変えて正解
shool がスペル間違い
Since があるので1998とい決まった時点のことを言うので単純過去形

4, or を and に変えて正解
interected がスペル間違い
or だと「あるいは、又は」という意味で、おかしい

だと、20もの何をprovides するのか不明で、おかしくなります。
