この文は合っていますか？？
私はテレビを持たない人々が将来増えると思います。
と書きたいのですか、、、

また、I think the number of people don’t have a television at home will increase in the future.
はどうでしょうか？

ちなみに、
These days, some people don’t have a television at home. Do you think the number of such people will increase in the future?
という文です。

people ～ will increase は意味が合わないです。

I think the number of people don’t have a television at home will increase in the future.
↓
I think the number of people who don’t have a television at home will increase in the future.️⭕️(関係代名詞who を追加)

2番目の文のWHOは省略出来ないんですか、！！！

↓
文法的に無理ではありません。意味(people will increase :～持たない人々が大きくなる)が合わないです。
I think people that don’t have a television will increase in the future. ️❌
↓

2番目の文のWHOは省略出来ないんですか
