会社はリモートワークの導入をするべきか というお題です

Some people say that remote work should not be realize.
On the other hand, others say not.
I agree with the latter idea and have two reasons why i think so.
One reason is that remote works lead to time savings. If remotely workings are not incorporated , people are likely to get worse and worse because of long commuting times. However, by reducing commuting times, they are able to use time to relax and sleep for good their health.
The second reason is that remote works allow people to realize work-life balance. It can provide a good opportunity to enjoy their hobbies or take care of their children. If it were not for work-life balance, they could not have such an opportunity to improve their lifes
All in all, it is the reasons mentioned above.
