I believe that some companies have online interviews for people who apply for jobs.
I have two reasons for this.
First,It is very convenience because they not have to go company.
For example, they have little child,they can interview at home.
Second,Using technology is one of the critical factors.Using technology contribute to company because they need to use computer in company.
This is why, ,some companies have online interviews for people who apply for jobs.

“they not have to go“ → “they don't have to go“
本文6行目
“they have little child“ → “they have a little child“
というより、Those who have a little childとして、小さい子を持つ人でもインタビューを受けることが出来るってした方が論理的に良さそうです。
本文8行目のbecause節のtheyは何を指していますか？もしcompanyを指すのであればin companyは不必要です。
