赤いところが先生に減点されたところです。

まず最初、「理由は二つあります」。「2つ」の場合「理由」は複数形になります。なのでI have two reasons.
blue lightは複数でもiでもyouでもないので3単現の対象になります。 First, the blue light damages our eyes.
「if I study digital work book」だとdigital work book を勉強したらになってしまうのでwithを入れる必要があります。さらに、「don't」はしないという意味なので、「can't」や「hard」の方が適切かと思います。If I study with digital work book, it would be hard to study some questions again.
returnという単語にもう一度やるという意味は無いので、redoやreviewがいいです。あとは間違っては無いですが、個人的にAnsweredよりsolved(解いた)やi did wrong before(前間違えた)の方がいいと思います。 paper is better than digital to review questions that I did wrong before.

少し修正しながら書くと
I have two reasons. First, the blue light damages our eyes which makes our eyesight go down. Second, if I study with digital devices, it would be hard to go back to some questions again. Paper makes it is easier to review some questions that I did wrong before, than digital devices.
