I don't think that Japan should accept more people from other
countries. I have two reasons. First people from other countries have
different culture. If they work in Japan, they have to understand
Japanese culture. So, Japanese companys can not accept more
people from other countries to work. Second, I belived that Japanese
people prefer thing made in Japan to thing made, in other
countries. Because, most Japanese people likes made in Japan.
That's why, I don't think Japan should hire more foregin people.

→理解すれば受け入れてもいいのかと言われそうなので「日本で働くなら、日本の文化を理解する必要がある。しかしそれは容易なことではないので、日本の会社は安易に外国人をこれ以上受け入れるべきではない。」
などとすべき。

という文章だと同じ内容を繰り返しているように見えるので、
「日本人は他の国で作られたものよりも、日本製のものを好みます。なぜなら、日本製のものは他の国で作られたものより優れているから」
などとした方がよさそうです。
