「 not either 」はどちらでもないという意味です。

・I don't like tomato and my friend not either.　（私はトマトが苦手だし、私の友達もそうです。）
・My father don't like to play soccer and my brother not either.　（私の父親はサッカーをすることが苦手だし、私の兄もそうです。）
・Mother don't like to watch movies and my father not either.　（私の母親は映画を見ることが嫌いだし、私の父親もそうです。）

一個めの例文でmy friend is not either はダメなんですか？

「 like 」が文章中に登場する場合は「 is 」ではなく「 does 」が入るので、
正しくは「 I don't like tomato and my friend does not either 」になります。
他の全ての例文も「 not 」の前に「 does 」が付きます。
