She is the one ＝ She is the person(人) → She is the one of some things：彼女はいくつかの物の人です？？？
別の例でいうと、She is the one of some books. 彼女は何冊かの本の人です？？？
いずれも、意味が分からない文となるので、ダメと判断されます。

She is the one with nothing in her hands. 彼女は両手に何も持っていない人です。
※付帯状況の分詞構文：with nothing (being 省略) in her hands 何も彼女の両手の中にない状態で

第2文型なので、S=Cです。もし、1か2を入れると、she = one ofsome thingsとなりイコール関係がなくなります。
