でも、動詞がwasだけとなるのでしょうか？
それとも、他の部分も動詞になりますか？

waiteとお書きになったものが Waiteでそのまま人名か何かか、waitかwaited かによって違ってきますが。
waitと考えて話すと、wasだけが動詞となります。ただbe to 構文を全体で助動詞と捉えて、andが繋ぐremainとwaitを動詞と考えた方が実際読むときにはいいと思います。文法的にもそちらが優勢かもしれませんが。仮に、oneの意味内容にもよりますが普通のto不定詞の名詞的用法(補語)と考えるならwasだけが動詞なります。
Waitedならandがwasとwaitedをつないでいるのでこの二つが動詞。be toを助動詞と捉えるとremain,waitedが動詞。
