英検準1級のライティングの添削をお願いします。 前回のライティングテストでは、構成が1点でした。そして内容 構成 語い 文法のうち1つも満点がありませんでした。

I think that a license should be required to ride a bicycle in Japan.I have two reasons to support my opinion.
First of all, we can be more safely.
These days, the number of an accident is increasing, and thus we should restrict the bicycle rules.For example, before taking a license, take a class to learn the rules or take a practice to ride a bike before riding it on the street.
Second of all, an accident will decrease.If a license should be required to ride a bicycle, it will drop off the number of people who rides bicycle, so many pedestrians are not easily to dump bicycle.
According to the reasons I mentioned above, taking license help us to be safe and decline an accident.
