答えは4番だったのですが、all she does stayがSでisがV、その後ろのin her room all dayがCなのかMなのかわかりません。
解説では原型不定詞だとかかれていたのですが、使役や感覚動詞がないのになぜ原型不定詞がくるのかもわかりません。
どなたか教えて下さい！！

ではなくて、④を選ぶと、
All she does がS →All (that) she does で目的格の関係代名詞that が省略されています
is がV
stayがC →(to) stayで名詞的用法で補語
in her room →M
all day→M
